“Follow G-d’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to G-d.” - (Ephesians 5:1,2)

 It’s Spring – and with Spring comes beautiful bouquet of flowers everywhere. Tulips with different shades in the middle of their flower and lovely daffodils giving many landscapes a beautiful picture. Trees come back to life from sleeping all Winter. Insects reappear and backyard animals scurry here and there preparing their season.

Over 2,000 years ago, the L-RD Jesus gave His life for the world, and was resurrected that we could have the right to the Tree of Life. The fragrance of flowers offers you to close your eyes to the smell and see the beauty of the colors before you.  They tell a story all by themselves.

What kind of bouquet are you holding? What is your fragrance? Each day that we awake is another opportunity that G-d gives us to make it right – it’s called “grace” and “mercy” and its afforded to each and every one of us.

As we prepare to celebrate the Resurrection of our L-RD and Savior, may we embrace His fragrant offering and the sacrifice that He gave to all of us thousands of years ago.

“Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”
